We are renting our delightful furnished bungalow (all utilities included) while we travel from May-October. The home is located 10 minutes walking from downtown Asheville in a residential neighborhood. Our set-up is ideal for work-from-home professionals or a retired couple who want to spend a few months in beautiful Asheville. The home is not suitable for young children. Our 1915 bungalow has been completely refurbished and is a 10-minute walk to downtown Asheville. It is full of artisan touches, clean, quiet, comfortable and functional but not fancy. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms but we have it set up as a 2 bedroom/2 office space (one office is in the sunroom, also perfect for meditation and yoga). There is a lovely fenced back yard with a hot tub. It has central A/C and heat, hard flooring, gas stove and updated appliances including HE washer/dryer. Please reach out for our AirBnB listing to read reviews of us, the space and the fab location. About us: We are a professional couple, techies and swing dancers, who work from home. We do not smoke and have no pets but a cat and a dog have lived here in the past. We will consider a well-behaved pet on a case-by-case basis. We've set our home up to be a retreat. There is a hot tub and a massage chair, as well as a massage table for your use. It is especially well set up for those who work-from-home, as both offices have sit-stand desks and ergonomic office chairs. There is high-speed Gigabit fiber to the house. Please no big parties or noisy hobbies - we love our neighbors! We will be leaving many of our personal belongings for your comfort (kitchen, electronics, etc), so we request you have a solid history on AirBnB or be prepared to provide references.
