Seeking an experienced in-bound customer service representative
Duties and Responsibilities . . . ?
Independently field incoming calls for questions and orders ?
Accurately input product orders into MAS system while on phone with customer - verifying customer information each time (e-mail, phone, address, referral, etc.) and giving customer total amount due. All orders need to be input into the system the same day as received to guarantee 2 - 3 day processing time
Confirm all faxed and e-mail orders within 2 hours of receiving the order ?
Check e-mails, at least, hourly and confirm receipt of those emails by an acknowledgment ?
Respond to request for product information, pricing, availability, RGAs, etc. ?
Do RGAs as needed, getting complete information before passing to supervisor ?
Work with Q.A./ Risk Management on customer complaints to accurately detail e-mail and phone conversations in the event of a recall ?
Be a part of the inventory team (as needed)
Experience in the natural medicine industry is a PLUS.
Must have:
In-bound phone customer service experience
Ability to maintain a positive attitude each day
Work with a sense of urgency
Ability to learn products and systems quickly
Highly organized skills
Great communication skills - ability to speak slow, clear and with confidence
Ability to handle customer complaints with grace

Leading a customer service team is highly desired!
M-F 9:30am - 6pm E.S.T.
This job requires you to be seated throughout the day except during break and lunch times. It is important that you stay at your desk to take calls and input orders as needed. You must be able to work around others that are on the phone and focus on your duties. Other duties may be added as needed including learning new processes to back-up others in this department and shipping/receiving as needed, doing projects for team leaders and supervisor, etc.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
