Estimating Coordinator

The Estimating Coordinator works closely with the Sales Team to gather and compile technical information from a variety of sources. The information is then organized and checked for accuracy and communicated to an Estimator who produces the final job estimation package. Knowledge of construction and contracts is preferred. In time, you will serve as a resource to evaluate and recommend the best roofing system solutions for our client's need.
If you are detail-oriented and have an understanding of the construction process, this may be the perfect job for you. You'll need excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to be successful.
Job Duties will include:
Review information from the field to verify complete and accurate information has been provided in order to provide the correct replacement proposal
Gather information as needed for the estimating process
Generate proposals based on the scope of work provided by the Sales team
Communicate any discrepancies, variances, or changes with the Sales team prior to submitting the bid package to the Estimating team
Update customer relationship database with all vendor quotes, correspondence, and revised documents.
Requirements/
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
1-2 years commercial estimating experience preferred
2
years in the Construction industry preferred
Strong organizational skills needed
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
