ABOUT THE COMPANY
My client company is a leader in the specialty chemical industry and has been in business for more than 50 years. The product line includes, but is not limited too solvents, degreasers, lubricants, lawn/turn products and janitorial cleaning products. Our customers range from government buildings to schools, hospitals and industrial plants.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The outside sales rep will be working the Asheville area and will be responsible to establish new accounts by cold calling and maintain the existing customer base in that established area.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate for this position will be some what entry level, meaning the candidate has a proven stable job history but does not have more than 1 to 2 years of sales experience. Your career is on the way up not on the way down.
Candidates that have previous work experience as waitress, bartenders, and retails often transition very well into this type of position.
Must be very MONEY MOTIVATED and COMMISSION driven.
The candidate must have a strong personality who can be a first time closer.
Must be able to build relationships and establish new business
Able to get into a potential client by a side entrance to get past the gate keepers
Must have a car that is dependable

COMPENSATION
The sale rep will be paid a weekly salary of $625.00 per week plus an opportunity to earn an additional 30% commission. After the rep's first year, this commission rate will increase to 34% with opportunity to earn a 3% bonus commission. Reps will be paid every other week. The new hire will also receive a business allowance of up to $500 per month during the first year.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
