We are looking for someone with strong business to business customer support and excellent communication skills. A willingness to meet and exceed set responsibilities. This role will involve, but not limited to:
Must have advanced knowledge of Excel. You will be taking information from complicated business customer's orders and producing usable, workable spreadsheets to be used by our production lines.
Provide world-class level of customer support to existing and new customer base
Interface closely with sales, service, and management to ensure customer satisfaction is maximized in the processing of their orders.
Manage customer inventories.
Effectively communicates and exchanges information among team members.
Manages daily, weekly and monthly schedules to support production requirements.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be a self-starter and organized.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a important.

Pay $12 to $18 per hour depending on experience.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
