Asheville NC based company, founded in 2000, currently servicing multi-billion dollar companies in our area. We are seeking an individual to sell our proven Domestic Outsourcing Services and expand our customer portfolio.

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong consultative skills in a complex selling process of an intangible product is required.
This position is a pure business development sales position and requires you to have intelligent strategic engagement with C-level executives and influencers to position your offer.
You energize prospects with your instinctive ability to uncover pain points and inspire action with effective stories and examples.
You have mastered and documented your sales process.
You have written income goals and use activity-tracking tools to reach and exceed those goals.
You will need to be able to develop an extensive network of contacts and/or relationships to generate new leads and manage your pipeline.
Must be able to research and develop an in-depth understanding of your territory, while being able to plan strategically.
Must have at least 5 years of solid business to business sales experience and a proven track record in a longer sales cycle and in a high-dollar environment.
You sell the problem before you sell the solution.
You have experiences in your past that have created attitudes and motivations that can only be satisfied by the challenges. A big payoff is only the icing on the cake.
