Workers Compensation Litigation Attorney
A highly-respected regional defense law firm seeks a Workers' Compensation Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney to join there Asheville, NC area office.
-Successful candidate will have 1 - 4 years of workers' compensation experience,
-Preferably insurance defense workers' compensation, including written discovery, depositions, motions, court practice and arbitrations.
-Qualified candidate must possess excellent analytical and research abilities.
-Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
-Must be in good standing with NC Bar.
