Commercial Roofing Estimator - Work Remotely
Our Estimator Department is expanding as our growth continues. We are searching for a candidate who is detailed oriented and understands the estimating process. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, will be keys to success in this role. In this role, our Estimators work closely with the Sales Team to provide job cost estimates used for each bid. Knowledge of commercial roofing estimating is preferred.
Job Duties will include:
o Tracking change orders for ongoing jobs
o Preparing subcontract contract prices
o Preparing estimates in prearranged time schedule specific for each job
o Contacting vendors for current pricing
o Contacting manufacturers for special requirements for various materials
o Maintaining in-depth knowledge of each specifications and requirement for specific jobs
Requirements/
Qualifications:
o Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
o 5-7 years commercial roofing estimating experience preferred
o Strong organizational skills needed
o Sharp written communication skills needed in drafting proposals
o Proficient in Microsoft Office
