Very aggressive preservation firm is looking for a qualified Independent Contractor (NOT EMPLOYEES) to pick up some extra property preservation work in this area and statewide!
Job Duties will include (but not be limited to):
Trash-Outs
Evictions (MUST Know Local Ordinances)
Window Board-Ups
Lock Changes
Grass Cuts
Basic Handyman tasks
Roof Tarp/Minor Repair
Winterizations
Property Inspections
Must pass a background check (note: hits on a background check will not necessarily disqualify you from the contract).

It is highly recommended that you are located in this general area (not an hour away)
Must have the truck & tools to do the job (Generator, power tools, Air Compressor, Hand Tools, Lawn Equipment

Must be insured GL and E&O is required 1 million per occurrence/2 million Aggregate Please note, not having this to start out will NOT hinder your servicing us. Just know within 30 days we will need to have insurance on file.
Intermediate computer skills a must
Property Preservation/REO experience HIGHLY preferred
ATTENTION: THIS IS NOT EMPLOYEE (W4) WORK. THIS IS INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR WORK (1099).Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
