Manufacturing Production Manager
Minimum Qualifications for Consideration:
Successful candidate will have 3-5 years of supervisory and management experience in a manufacturing environment involving daily interactions with employees and other department managers.
Knowledge and Skills:
Must possess and excellent safety record and working knowledge of OSHA and be able to maintain a safe and organized work environments
Must have experience in a cGMP facility
Prefer experience in a FDA regulated facility
Prefer experience in ISO quality management
Plan, organize, direct, coordinate, and supervise functions and activities for the department.
Manage supplies and inventory levels to generate weekly picking list for production runs
Create, manage, and communicate daily production schedules
Must be able to demonstrate a proactive approach to everything
Computer literature with the ability to learn programs as needed
Ability to walk or stand for prolonged periods - bending, stooping, reaching up and lifting up to 50 lbs.
