POSITION PURPOSE:
The Customer Service Representative works directly with customers, either on the phone or in person. They also handle all phone orders and inquiries. This person will also run jobs on the high-speed copiers and work with self-service customers. Their main job function is to work with customers to understand and satisfy their printing, copying and other graphic-related needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
o Analyze current accounts looking for additional opportunities
o Establish trust and rapport with customers
o Learn and understand customer needs, immediate & long term
o Develop new business from existing accounts
o Establish new accounts through leads that come into the shop, are gained through networking, referrals or any other source
o Revive inactive accounts using company historical data
o Establish and keep current accurate records of all customer contacts, jobs and future needs
o Perform customer service tasks for house accounts as needed
o Deliver jobs to assigned accounts as a method of developing relationships and gaining additional business
o Perform all other duties as may be necessary from time to time
Qualifications:
o High school diploma or GED equivalent.
o Experience in sales or customer service and/or experience in printing or graphic arts industries.
o Minimum of 1 year experience on color and black & white copiers.
o Excellent command of the English language in both written and oral forms.
o Good math skills.
o Excellent interpersonal skills.
o Ability to identify and meet customers' needs and requirements.
o Strong attention to details, possessing a sales aptitude and interested in preventing errors and solving problems.
o Good sense of design and color.
o Must be computer literate and current on new technology.
o Must be hardworking, a self-starter and a problem solver.
o Demonstrated excellence in organization and time management skills. Able to perform multiple tasks efficiently.
o Exceptional phone and customer service skills.
o Positive and upbeat attitude.
o Meet or exceed minimum test results as specified by the Hiring Manager.
WORKING REQUIREMENTS:
o Must be able to repeatedly lift 40 pounds.
o Must have valid driver license
o Must have reliable transportation
o Must maintain professional appearance
o Must be able to work in fast paced, changing environment
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Tolerate loud noises and print production odors. Must be able to work with challenging customers.
BASIS OF JOB:
Must be hard working, self motivated and willing to grow with the companyEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
