Job Description:
Seeking qualified full-time front desk representatives for upscale hotel in downtown Asheville.
APPLICANT MUST HAVE OPERA PROPERTY MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE & PREVIOUS HOTEL EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION.
Requirements, Duties &
Responsibilities:
Strong customer service, communication and phone skills.
OPERA Property Management experience preferred.
Tasks include taking reservations, guest check-in/check-out, assisting guests with questions and needs during their stay.
Strong knowledge of Asheville and surrounding area.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Must be able to work independently and have good judgment.
Must be flexible and able to work weekends and holidays.
Must conduct self in a professional, but warm manner.
Assist guests with information and special requests.
## Job Requirements:
Applicant must be friendly, polite and courteous and have a passion for providing excellent guest service. Previous upscale hotel or resort experience preferred. Competitive wage with possible increase after a positive 90-day performance appraisal. Full-time benefits include 401k plus health, dental and life insurance after 90 days. Paid vacation after one year of continuous employment.
