Seeking Quality Engineer to work with cross functional teams in Quality, Process, and Production. Manage CAPA system, collect and organize performance data, analyze SPC data against set parameters, implement quality initiatives against objectives and KPI's, coordinate and host customer and ISO certification audits, plan and conduct audits of suppliers sites. Support new product launches and particpate in 5S and Six Sigma initiatives.
Requires BS in Engineering, Science, or Mathematics. Minimum 3 years quality assurance experience in printing /packaging environment or Medical Device. Printing and Converting experience with rotogravure, adhesive laminations, and coatings preferred, ISO 9002 implementations, ISO 13485 experience a plus. Proven skills in SPC and TQM practice. Thorough understanding of CQE/CQM/CQA certifications. No International Relocation or Sponsorships
