Required Education: Master''s Degree in Nursing
Preferred Education: Mas MN, MSN, DNS, or PhD in Nursing; Certification in specialty area by recognized national nursing organization; North Carolina Board of Nursing CNS recognition
Required License: Current licensure as Registered Nurse with North Carolina Board of Nursing or compact state as defined by NC Board of Nursing
Preferred License: National certification as a clinical nurse specialist

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of recent clinical nursing experience in Behavioral Health or related specialty
Preferred
Experience: Preferred experience in emergency medicine, cardiac services or intensive care. Effective speaker before large and small groups. Proven ability to work autonomously and in collaboration with other health care providers, students, instructors, and leaders.
The person in this role will work with our Behavioral Health patients and work closely with the Behavioral health team to meet the needs of these patients at Mission Hosptal.
