management team, is responsible for the growth, development, and management of assigned terminals by building and promoting strong partnerships with sales teams, operations employees, vendors, and customers.
JOB EXPECTATIONS/DUTIES Maintains a safe and secure facility in compliance with OSHA and SPCC regulations.
Prepares and executes strategic plans to support company and terminal growth.
Trains, motivates, and empowers the operations team.
Upholds all aspects of Colonial Oil Industries, Inc's safety program.
Oversees Fleet Maintenance in keeping with Company and DOT standards.
Ensures efficient dispatch to minimize costs and sales to delivery timelines.
Maintains DOT compliance, IFTA mileage, driver logs, and DVIRS.
Oversees inventory management.
Supervises the site product integrity program.
Negotiates with vendors to lower operational costs.
Communicates company policy and additional messages to the operations team at assigned terminals.
Assists with deliveries, field maintenance on pumps and tanks, and warehouse duties as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or GED is required.
5
years in petroleum maintenance management is preferred.
Strong problem solving and mediation skills are required.
Strong verbal and written communications skills are required.
Must have 24/7 reliability and response for operational support.
Strong HSSE track record, particularly with road safety management.
Strong understanding of the motor carrier environment.
Established knowledge of DOT rules and regulations.
Strong people skills.
Typing, Microsoft, and computer skills.
Must have the ability to multitask, manage multiple clients, and establish priorities.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
