Marketing Project Manager RESPONSIBLE TO:
Vice President of Marketing JOB
Summary:
The Marketing Project Manager, reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, manages marketing programs for assigned products, hubs, and revenue streams for both internal and external marketing and communications projects.
This team member is the single point of contact for requests from the field and departments and ensures the effective delivery of marketing campaigns and projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, THE FOLLOWING:
Function as main point of contact for team members needing support from the marketing department.
Own the fielding and coordination of requests and leverage the project management platform to track requests and delivery.
Own the project management for on-going programs such as doctor on-boarding, clinic collateral requests, marketing reports, newsletters, etc.
Assist in the design, creation, and delivery of marketing and communications programs to support the growth and expansion of Allergy Partners products and services.
Coordinate internal resources and external partners for the smooth execution of projects.
Work with department team members to plan and execute marketing and communications projects.
Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Manage project schedules and budgets, perform risk management, track deliverables, report on project progress, assess project results, and provide performance report.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Manage the relationship with the internal and external partners and stakeholders.
Facilitate meetings and discussions among departments.
Develop presentations and provide reports based on information collected such as marketing trends, competition, new products, and pricing.
OTHER Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Completes all assigned AP training (such as CPR, OSHA, HIPAA, Compliance, Information Security, others) within designated timeframes.
Complies with Allergy Partners and respective hub/department policies and reports incidents of policy violations to a Supervisor/Manager/Director, Department of Compliance & Privacy or via the AP EthicsPoint hotline.
Models the AP Code of Conduct and demonstrates a commitment to the AP Compliance Program, standards and policies.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS No or very limited exposure to physical risk.
No or very limited physical effort required.
Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Bachelor's Degree in related field, preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS AND
Experience:
2 years' experience as a project manager for a marketing team.
6 years' experience in marketing field.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
