04 an hour IT Help Desk Our Asheville office is offering a full-time opportunity to join our team as an IT Help Desk Specialist.
The ideal candidate will provide top-notch remote technical support to our customers across North America, helping them install and utilize our proprietary software suite.
Responsibilities Handle incoming technical support calls with professionalism and patience Install, configure, and troubleshoot our proprietary software on Windows computers Diagnose and resolve Windows configuration, corruption, and firewall issues Configure firewall and anti-spam/anti-malware third-party software Program and troubleshoot payment processing devices Educate users on the functionalities of our software Manage and update customer information in our CRM system Qualifications Must currently reside in Asheville, NC Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field Minimum of 2 years' experience in computer networks, and Windows Excellent verbal and written communication skills Profound knowledge of Windows, TCP/IP, DNS and Firewall/anti-virus software Superior organizational skills Demonstrated analytical and reasoning abilities Comfortable spending significant time on the phone Ability to handle stress in high-pressure situations Proficient in multitasking, prioritizing and working independently with minimal supervision Quick learning aptitude and ability to follow directions precisely Ideal Candidate We are seeking a professional who is contented with their current career level and interested in focusing on the details and requirements of the role rather than pursuing advancement.

Work Hours and Compensation Business hours are 10AM to 6PM Monday to Friday.
Occasional On-Call Saturday Support 2 weeks paid vacation/yr.
