The purpose of this job is to keep established clients happy and committed to working with Electronic Office for the long term.
The Account Advisor role oversees a portfolio of assigned clients, working closely with the dispatchers and the entire service desk team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Responsibilities:
Build and foster strong client relationships at all levels of seniority.
Collaborate with Client Services Team, COO, and CEO to maximize client satisfaction, client retention, and revenue growth.
Communicate client feedback to Client Services Manager, Service Delivery Manager, COO, and CEO.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned clients.
Track and report on the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal leadership Forecast and track key account metrics.
Communicate deliverables, reports and executive summaries that guide EO clients towards new projects and services.
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
Take responsibility for the accuracy of time sheets and expenses in the ticketing software process.
Key Performance Indicators:
Client Retention Client Satisfaction Project Revenue Growth Upselling Products to current clients Skills Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, Outside Sales, Lead Gen Representative or relevant role.
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
Information Technology background desired.
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Ability to learn and use high level Information Technology language.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
Prefer individuals with sales or marketing experience in any of the following:
IT services and products, managed IT services, or IT consulting Must be able to transport self to various facility sites, as required.
Must possess a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
May require lifting to 50 pounds.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
