Support Staff Description & RequirementsSouth Asheville Veterinary Emergency & Specialty (SAVES) is looking for an experienced Veterinary Client Service Representatives to join our team for evening, weekend, holiday shifts! We believe that providing excellent patient care requires clinical expertise, a commitment to quality, and compassion for the patient.
Our hospital offers a broad range of advanced medical technologies and skilled, compassionate care in state-of-the-art facilities.
As a Client Service Representative (CSR), you must have a strong commitment to client satisfaction and a have a highly developed sense of integrity.
Must be able to demonstrate excellence in caring for and interacting with our clients.
Every client's first impression of the hospital is created by their experience with the CSR.
The person in this position must be professional, friendly, courteous, and capable of handling challenging situations with ease.
CSRs are the goodwill ambassador for the hospital and will coordinate and represent all facets of the client care experience.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Provide outstanding customer service to our clients Ensure that clients are always treated with respect Promote the core values of SAVES Provide an approachable and professional image to clients and staff Uphold the One Team Mentality by being kind, direct, honest, and helpful Greet clients, check patients in and out, and schedule follow-up appointments Sign in visitors and vendors Assist client with and manage the euthanasia paperwork process Discuss payment options with clients and collect payment for services Oversee End-of-Day reporting processes Assist with daily administrative duties such as printing schedules, pulling records, emailing medical records, distributing daily mail, emailing invoices, and running bank deposits.
Utilize a multiple line phone system to answer, handle, and transfer calls quickly and accurately Other duties as assigned About You:
Work independently and as part of a team to accomplish tasks efficiently and harmoniously.
You are reliable and dependable, arriving at work at the correct time and working your shifts as scheduled.
For full-time employees working 30 hours per week or more, our comprehensive benefits package includes:

Qualifications:
Have a valid high school diploma or GED.
At least one year working in a customer service environment Must be computer literate and able to learn new software Excellent communication skills Demonstrate a strong work ethic and positive attitude Be flexible and able to adapt to new situations Work well as part of a team Weekend, holiday, and overnight shifts are required Additional Requirements:
Must be eligible to work in the United States and have original, unexpired documents to verify eligibility.
