Quick Apply Full-time 3 hours ago Full Job Description The BDC representative delivers a premium customer experience by responding to customer inquiries in a prompt, upbeat, professional, accurate and courteous manner.
This highly accountable position uses lead management tools, CRM software and the internet to manage inquiry flow, update customer files, and closely track customer interest.
The BDC representative will be trained to understand all products and services offered, will become knowledgeable of inventory as well as financing, and incentive programs.
Schedule:
Monday - Saturday 8:
30 am - 6:
30 pm Compensation This position is compensated at a salary plus bonus structure.
The salary is paid on a weekly basis, and bonuses are paid monthly.
(The Bonus Structure will be paid based on performance of setting appointments that show up, and vehicles that are sold from those appointments) While it is dependent on the success of the individual, a realistic yearly income would be between $30,000 - $50,000 per year including monthly bonuses.

Respond to internet & phone inquiries with courtesy, accuracy and professionalism.
Promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into the CRM.
Conduct phone surveys to assess customer preferences and quality of experience.
Effectively utilize lead management tools.
Compile all necessary reports, forms and other documentation on a timely basis.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Display upbeat and positive attitude Exhibit ethical behavior, provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction and be honest in all aspects of dealing with customers.
Qualifications and Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong computer skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
Ability to work in call center environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to read and comprehend rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
Training Training will be provided by the dealership Applicant must be willing to commit and learn product knowledge Phone training, Sales Training, and Financial Training will also be part of the program Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
