Project Engineer - Flexible Packaging for Medical Device

This is an opportunity to join the management team of one of the leading suppliers of flexible packaging to the Medical Device industry. The Project Engineer reports directly into the Plant General Manager and is responsible for the planning, management, coordination, and financial control of all plant projects.
The succesful candidate will have 3-5 years of Project Management experience , preferably in a flexible packaging plant that has blown film extrsuion, lamination, film converting and coating applications, gravure and flexographic printing processes and has used SPC to evaluate implemention of process and validation protocols. Additionally experieince in implementing Operational Excellence projects (SMED, Six Sigma, Lean) with a Black Belt certification is desired.
Additional Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Mathematics, strong CAD experience, and previous P&L budget development and management.
